A free referral service connecting you with independent local contractors. How it works

South Walton Exteriors

Contractor Referrals Across 30A & South Walton County

We refer work only along this stretch of coast, from Inlet Beach and the planned towns of East 30A to the older neighborhoods of Santa Rosa Beach and the Gulf-front condos of Panama City Beach. Every community builds differently, so we match you with independent, qualified contractors who already work in yours.

East 30A

From Inlet Beach west through Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Watersound: the most architecturally controlled stretch of 30A, with heavy Gulf exposure.

Also serving

Watersound

Watersound Beach on 30A and the newer Watersound Origins neighborhood north of US-98. Newer construction is worth inspecting before builder warranties end.

Why we focus on one corridor

Contractors who are nearby

We refer local contractors, which usually means shorter drive times, easier scheduling around guest turnovers and faster follow-up after storms.

Familiar with local codes

Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and many HOAs have their own architectural standards. We match you with contractors who already work within them.

The right specialist

Masonry towns, raised beach houses and condo towers each fail differently. We match the request to a contractor who handles that kind of construction.

Coverage questions

Is my property inside your service area?

If it’s in South Walton County along or near 30A, or in Panama City Beach, almost certainly. Add your community to the form, and if you’re near the edge of our area, we’ll let you know whether we can match you.

Do you cover homes north of US-98?

Yes, in neighborhoods close to the 30A corridor, such as Watersound Origins and parts of Santa Rosa Beach. Properties farther inland depend on partner availability.

Do you serve Destin or Miramar Beach?

Our core area runs from the west end of 30A to Panama City Beach. Contact us about projects outside it, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Can my HOA or property manager submit the request?

Yes. Many of our requests come from managers and associations. We’ll connect them with the contractor directly, and the contractor provides the scope, product and color documentation needed for approvals.

Does South Walton Exteriors do the work?

No. We’re a free referral service. Independent contractors inspect, quote and perform the work under contracts directly with you.
